The man behind the mask

Steve Manale, Iron Man fan #1, comic artist extrao-ordinaire and lifetime Don Heck fan sent in these great pics!

Sometimes the man behind the Iron Man mask is a 30 year old italian guy...and sometimes the mask is actually made of paper and elastic bands, not transitor powered steel...

Hey Everyone, I've finally updated this blog after a really long hiatus. I apologize to all the artists who submitted their excellent drawings for the delay -- it was mainly due to work commitments.

However, I now have a special request. This blog is just a bit too much for me to maintain on my own, so if there's some blogger savy Iron Man fans out there (and of course there are!) who'd like to assist me with posting and updating, please drop me an email.

It'd be great if I could get one or two other dedicated fans who'd help maintain this site and keep it running like, uh, a well-oiled suit of high-tech armour.
